Jim Adams is a seasoned industry leader and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of hands-on experience. A long-time resident of Loudoun County and a proud graduate of George Mason University, Jim has built a reputation grounded in technical expertise and reliability.
He holds the highest levels of professional licensure, operating as a Virginia Class A Contractor and a VDACS Commercial Applicator. This dual expertise allows him to manage complex projects with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality craftsmanship. Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to found and grow multiple successful ventures within the Construction and Contracting sectors.
Outside of his professional life, Jim is a devoted family man. He and his wife are raising five children in the community they love to serve.
